GTA 6, after leaks several months ago, has returned to the shadows, as fans have been waiting for months for a teaser trailer, perhaps accompanied by the first official information. The sequel to GTA V is indeed one of the most anticipated games of all time, although it still lacks a release date at the moment.

GTA 6 should not be released on PS Plus and Game Pass in the early days
Speculation, according to the executives involved, while fans believe the game is closer to release than previously thought, Take-Two is back to talk about the game, and now with the world of PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass services some questions arise.
As also reported in PlayStation Lifestyle, it’s apparently not the case to expect GTA 6 on PS Plus or Game Pass on day one, unfortunately. Rockstar Games’ parent company Take-Two Interactive has hinted in no uncertain terms that it has no plans to release games like GTA 6 on PS Plus or Game Pass, at least not on day one.

GTA 6 free on PS Plus or Game Pass?
GTA 6 should not be released directly on PS Plus or Game Pass, according to recent talk from Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive. At an investor conference, Zelnick said that the company has no interest in releasing games directly on game catalog services such as PS Plus and Game Pass, Zelnick also said that even with 25 million subscribers, Game Pass is too small a business for Take-Two to release games on.
However, the company has no problem supporting Game Pass by offering other titles in the catalog: “We don’t make our core titles available on a daily basis,” Zelnick explained.
“We do not make our core titles available on the launch date. We are excited to be in the subscription service market, but at the appropriate time. We think this is the right way to support subscription services, which are still a relatively small business.”
Zelnick added that he is not worried that subscription services will cannibalize the classic business of selling games at full price.
